"Home Watch" services are designed for the
owner who needs management services during
times when the residence is not occupied, such
as extended vacations or temporary absences.

 "Home Watch" Services Include:

• Visits weekly, bi-weekly or monthly
• Supervision of contract services (e.g. lawn, pool, ect.)
• Payment of bills for utilities, telephone, lawn care, pool care and other services.

 Owner must maintain sufficient funds in an operating trust account with Time Residential
to cover the cost of management, as well as charges for utilities or other contract services. The owner receives a monthly statement with original paid invoices.

 Fees for "Home Watch" Services:

Fees for "Home Watch" services are calculated according to the number of visits, the number of services performed and the distance to the home from our office in Virginia Beach.

Property Managers work in teams and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via
pager and mobile telephone. We have backup personnel at all times for emergencies.
During office hours, the administrative staff is also available to assist in the every day
management details of your property.
